- Free shipping on orders above AED 599.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR ORDERS?
- Returns are accepted within 1 days of delivery.
- AED 15 + 6% processing charge is the return fee.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags intact.
- Hygiene-based exclusions apply (caps, crop tops, accessories etc.)
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT ?
Please email to info@themadbrown.com with your order number and reason for return. Our Customer Experience Team will initiate the return process if the reason is valid. Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged.
