RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. In case of valid return:

  • The product price will be refunded (delivery charges are not refundable).
  • AED 15 will be charged as return fee, no exchange fee.
  • Refunds will be credited to original source account for Prepaid Orders 

Exchange Policy 

  • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Orders placed in sales period is not eligible for Exchange.
  • No Exchange on Caps & Crop tops
  • Exchange Fee: There is no exchange fees.

Return & Exchange Process

Returns or exchanges can be initiated through our website contact page.

  • Once submitted, our Customer Experience Team will review and approve the request—this usually takes up to 48 hours.
  • Reverse Pickup:
     Reverse pickups will be arranged only after approval from our team.
  • Packaging:
     Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, in the same condition it was delivered.
  • Refunds:
    All refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment.
How long does shipping take ?

Typically takes between 1 - 5 days

  • AED 10 for prepaid orders.
  • Free shipping on orders above AED 299.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT ?

Please email to info@themadbrown.com with your order number and reason for return. Our Customer Experience Team will initiate the return process if the reason is valid. Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged.
